Christmas Returns Policy 2020
Items purchased online after 28th November 2019, can be returned until the 17th January 2020.
Goods must be returned complete and undamaged with all accessories and instructions. The original packing must be returned in reasonable condition.
This will not apply in respect of Personalised Goods or Goods made to your specification.

*Engraved orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours but this is not guaranteed. To ensure your order is dispatched the same day choose 'Special Next Day 1pm Service' or 'Saturday Delivery Service' and order before 3pm.
For same day Collect In Store, order before 3pm.

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, standard delivery takes approximately 1-5 working days.
Upgrade to Special Next Day Delivery for £6 to receive your order by 1pm the next working day.
Upgrade to Special Saturday Delivery for £10 to receive your order by 1pm Saturday.
Orders are usually dispatched the same day when ordered before 3.00pm. Busy periods and holidays may cause slight delays. Order with engraving may take up to 3 days to dispatch as per engraving terms and conditions.
You will receive an email containing the track and trace details once it has been dispatched, allowing you to track your parcel online with the Royal Mail
International Shipping Charges
Orders placed from anywhere in Europe are shipped at a standard charge of £9.99 and take approximately 3-7 working days to arrive. (A signature will be required)
Orders placed from The Rest of the World are charged at £14.99 and usually dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery can take approximately 2-4 days. (A signature will be required)
We will require a signature upon delivery of the goods, we only deliver to the address you have provided to us, we will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen goods if left with neighbours or on porches etc, if you are unable to take delivery of the goods a delivery advice note will be left advising you of the attempted delivery time/date and details on how and where you can collect the goods.
Please note that PO Box numbers are not acceptable.
Late or Lost Deliveries
We usually ship all orders within the specified time period. On occasions that our shipping reaches it capacity a delay can occur, we regret this situation, but guarantee your order will be marked urgent for dispatch the following day.
Once you have gone through the Track and Trace procedure and the order has not been delivered in the time specified, we can only replace or refund the order after 21 Working days and after the post office clarifies that the parcel is lost. Alternatively we will send a replacement out immediately at the same cost and your original purchase costs will be refunded after 14 days, this way you will receive your order.

Returns and Refunds
A refund can be requested within 28 days of dispatch, to qualify for this the item MUST be unworn and brand new and must be returned to us with the original box, instructions, guarantee and a covering letter.
Engraved items cannot be accepted for returns unless they are found to have a manufacturing fault.
If you encounter any problems after 28 days of purchase, please refer to your original guarantee and service centre for returns on faulty items.
If you wish to exchange, you need to place a new order through the checkout procedure and return your unwanted item for a full refund.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
We recommend all parcels are returned via Royal Mail with adequate insurance cover, for proof of purchase please keep your tracking ID number.
