Engraving T&C
- As per our pocket watch engraving terms and conditions, once your order is engraved it cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
- We can only engrave the front and back cases of our pocket watches - never the inside case.
- We reserve the right to make minor changes to the inscription if needed due to layout etc. However, if we feel that the options you have submitted are not acceptable then we will contact you prior to engraving.
- During busy periods, it can take up to 3 working days to dispatch engraved orders. If you require your personalised pocket watch sooner, be sure to select our Priority engraving on the delivery options page.
- Engravings may not appear exactly as they look on the illustrations.
- We will only carry out engraving on pocket watches sold on this website.
- If you have any additional requirements please write them in the engraving comments box on the engraving page. If these requirements are urgent, please contact us by phone to ensure your order is correct.
