Roman On Chapter Ring
Welsh Dragon & Knot-work on Front Case
This delightful Welsh dragon themed Double hunter pocket watch is presented to you by the Woodford Collection. The watch has a gold coloured Welsh dragon on the outer case that sits on top of a knot-work pattern on a chrome and pewter Material. The watch opens out to show a stunning dial with skeleton display that allows you to see the intricate workings and delightful craftsmanship that has gone into this watch. The watch benefits from a white outer dial with black roman numerals and a three-hand display whilst it also opens out on both sides to stand independently as an ornamental desk clock. The watch will arrive with a matching Albert T-bar chain that will attach to the winder that is located at the 12 o'clock position for safe wearing. The back of the case is suitable for engraving if you like to make this special gift and will arrive to you beautifully packaged in a branded presentation box along with the full manufacturers guarantee.
\r\nTo set the time, gently pull the crown all the way out and move the hands in either direction. Once you have set the correct time, push the crown home again. The watch should now run at the correct time.
\r\nOpening A Double Hunter Pocket Watch
\r\nTo open a double hunter case, press the button on top of the winder gently to open the front case. Press the button further to open both the front and back cases.
\r\nTo close a double hunter watch, depress the winder, it is important that you don't \"snap\" the case-lid shut, doing this will wear out the latch.
\r\nWinding Mechanical Watches
\r\nWe recommend that you wind your watch at about the same time every day, preferably in the morning. Turn the crown clockwise gently and steadily and stop when you feel resistance. Excessively forceful winding could damage the movement.
\r\nTypically, mechanical watches have an accuracy +/- 60 seconds within a 24-hour period. This is due to temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, and altitude affecting the movement. For this reason, you should reset the time daily when winding the watch."}
